Vitamin D Will Save Your Life From the Swine Flu Virus

The pandemic alarm sirens are wailing. North America is on the cusp of the dreaded mutation of the current H1N1 virus and a repeat of the second wave of the killer 1918 Spanish Flu will become reality. The current H1N1 vaccine being pushed all over the world will basically be useless against this newly mutated virus. You are at a critical juncture as you read this article right now.
The dreaded mutation could very well occur any day now, at any hour now. We are that close to a global catastrophe. So… what does one do? Where do you turn for help? The answer is vitamin D. I could go on and on about the merits of vitamin D but at this point if you have not looked into this amazing vitamin which some claim is not even a vitamin, but rather a hormone, then I’m not going to explain it to you in detail here in this article. I’m not here to explain. I’m here to warn.
The information about vitamin D is out there if you look for it. What I am here to do is to implore you to go to the store and buy vitamin D. Get it. Take it. Pump your system full of vitamin D right now. Right now. Do it. Do not worry about a fatal overdose of Vitamin D because that, my friends, is a myth. Have you ever heard of someone overdosing on vitamin D? Seriously, has there ever been one documented case of death due to excessive vitamin D intake? Depending on your skin complexion, the average person gets 10,000 to 20,000 IU’s of vitamin D from being out in the summer noon day sun for about 15 minutes . A sunny day at the beach in your bathing suit will give you at least 50,000 IU’s of vitamin D, as long as you don’t use sunscreens. 50,000 IU’s of vitamin D is about 100 times the recommended daily dosage of vitamin D set by governmental health agencies. The sun is the way nature intended us to get vitamin D. However, when that hot sun goes away for the winter, like it does up here in Canada, everyone starts getting vitamin D deficient, and low a behold this is always the time when the flu bugs hit and do their damage!
In a nutshell, I highly recommend all readers start taking at least 2,000 IU’s of vitamin D every day for the course of this flu season. Personally, I am taking 5,000 IU’s every day in supplement form. That my friends, is the best defense against the H1N1 flu bug, and the best defense against any future mutations of this flu bug.
North America is about to get hit with a mutated form of the current H1N1 virus at any moment now. All the current vaccines will be useless against this new strain of the flu. What will you do to protect yourself from this flu when it mutates further? Seriously, what will you do? When that dreaded mutation happens and people start falling dead hard and fast like they did back in October, November, December of 1918, then I’m going to increase my intake of vitamin D to 10,000 IU’s per day. That’s my game plan. The potential benefits of excessive vitamin D supplementation far outweigh the risks of taking more vitamin D than what the governmental health agencies recommend.
Right now, many of you are thinking that I’m an alarmist with pretty much zero credibility. Well, you’re right. I am an alarmist, and really, I do have zero credibility with regards to influenza and vitamins. However, don’t throw out the baby with the bath water. Look into vitamin D. If you can take one thing away from this article it would be this. Do not let yourself become vitamin D deficient this flu season. It could be the deadliest mistake you’ll ever make.
Prepare for the worst, and hope for the best.
