Vitamin D is the most essential part of a healthy diet. Plenty of new benefits are being discovered every day. But there are still lots of people who don’t consume this vitamin. It is one of the only vitamins that is produced naturally. However, for producing this vitamin, it needs to be exposed to adequate amount of sunlight. Generally, an hour per week is enough, but surprisingly there are people who don’t get exposed to sun. Also, studies say that as we grow old there are less chances of our body producing vitamin D, no matter how much you get exposed to the sun.
