Rules You’ll Actually Want to Follow – Lose That Weight

Rules You’ll Actually Want to Follow – Lose That Weight The key rule to weight loss that everyone needs to follow if they hope to successfully lose weight and keep it off is to find a plan that works for YOU. Any weight control plan must fit into your lifestyle so that you and follow it to lose weight but also follow it to maintain your weight control. Searching for a plan that fits you is like shopping for the perfect pair of jeans. It can be time consuming; disappointing, frustrating and down right miserable but when you finally find the perfect was all worth it. You need to approach your search for the perfect fat loss plan the same way. You may try on a few that look good on the rack but once on, forget it. There are many places to look for your weight loss plan such as magazines, books, websites, blogs, friends, etc. You can always pick and choose what you like about different plans and create a modified plan that you think can work for you. Remember, you don’t have to totally turn your life upside down the first day. Create a strategy and slowly weave it into your life. If it doesn’t fir with your lifestyle you won’t continue it so try it on and if it doesn’t fit on to the next weight loss strategy. Track your weight during this time to see how each strategy affects your weight and fat loss. Sometimes you read about a great weight loss plan that others “swear” has worked for them but don’t worry if it doesn’t work for you. We’re all individuals and there is a plan for you, you just need to be patient and find it. The key is to keep looking until you do, don’t give up. The weight loss battle is winnable. Weight loss plans are always changing so you need to keep reading and researching to keep up on changes. Also our bodies can adapt to weight loss plans and they stop working for us, the dreaded plateau effect. Don’t get discouraged, change your plan up. For most people simpler is better, that’s why I personally like intermittent fasting to control my weight and lose weight if I get off track. Hey, it happens to the best of us right? So, remember to do your homework, try different strategies, keep it simple and make sure it fits with your lifestyle.
