Last Thursday evening Cleaning for Cancer held a fundraiser, A Taste for Hope, in Boca Raton, FL. More than 100 people came out to Speranza Italian Restaurant to eat, drink and enjoy live music while raising money for Cleaning for Cancer. Beautiful gift baskets were also raffled off. In all, it was a successful night. Guests were also able to purchase a “Hope. Faith. Love” wristband. All proceeds from the evening benefit the organization.

The evening was also an opportunity to debut Cleaning for Cancer’s new apparel and jewelry lines, which will be available for purchase on our website Cleaning For Cancer Cleaning for Cancer seeks to improve the quality of life for those living with cancer. The company partners with local cleaning businesses to help make a difference in someone’s life by giving families the invaluable gift of relief and more time together. We presently partner with cleaning services and hospitals across the country.

.Raymond Lee Jewelers presented the Cleaning for Cancersterling silver and diamond pendant. The jeweler donated 100 percent of the proceeds of the first 30 pendants sold to the organization. We also debuted our fashion line with a tank top with the Cleaning for Cancer logo. Keep an eye out as we add more merchandise to our Marketplace.

Despite the challenging economic times many of us face, it was heartwarming to see so many people come out and give the gift of thank you from the bottom of our hearts and hope that as we grow you will continue to support us through your generous donations and through word of mouth. We would like to again give a shout of thanks to our sponsors and partners of the evening: Speranza Italian Restaurant, Stanley Steemer, The Boca Raton Tribune, Raymond Lee Jewelers, Brazilian Business Group, Crown, Peninsula, Kenzo’s of Boca, KangaRent, and Salon on Fifth. And a special thanks to local singers Alex Romano, Lou Galterio and Abigail Blake for providing a wonderful night of music and dance!
