It was Maria’s job to make sure that the brides dress fit perfectly for her final fitting prior to her wedding day. Needless to say Maria’s job would have been much easier had the bride’s diet not taken her from a size 14 to a size 10 in only a couple of months. Wouldn’t we all like to cause our seamstresses such problems? Well I assure you it’s not as difficult as it may seem. Many brides diet prior to their wedding day, but very few have as effective an approach as what is about to be laid out before you. Here are the three main things that you must do if you’re going to shed the pounds prior to saying I do. First, understand that brides diet for one main reason. So that they look their best on their wedding day! If you would like to achieve these results then the first and maybe the most important thing that you need to do is get committed. Every major change in person’s life starts with the commitment to act like they haven’t acted before. Make this commitment to get results you haven’t had before. The first thing that any bride’s diet should include setting a goal of how much weight she would like to lose based on how much time she has to lose it. A safe pace for weight loss is between one and 2 pounds per week. In order to achieve this goal a bride would have to burn 500 to 1000 calories more than they take in every day. The second step to any bride’s diet that is going to be effective is controlling their eating habits. Rather than eating three large meals per day a brides and should consider eating 5 to 6 smaller meals per day. By eating the smaller meals you will stay feeling full all day long and should be able to cut your caloric intake at the same time. Every bride’s diet should also include breakfast in the morning to get the metabolism started and your body ready for a hard day’s work of picking out floral arrangements, mailing invites and shopping for bridesmaids dresses. Thirdly, even though some brides diet and attempt to avoid increasing the amount of physical activity that they do on a daily basis it is much more effective if you do include some exercise in your daily activities. Whether it be a simple as walking a couple miles a day or is intricate as joining a workout class at the local YMCA. No bride’s diet is complete without including some sort of exercise routine. Maria sat there, finishing the alteration on the bride’s dress still pondering her never ending question of why brides diet and make her life difficult? Understand that brides diet so they look their best and feel even better on one of the most important days of their life; the day they walked down the aisle and start a new life with a new partner. So make sure that you choose the right weight loss option and never have to, like Maria, wonder why brides diet.
